Off the general topic off this blog: My significant other and I went crystal digging today. I have lived in the God-awful beautiful state of Arkansas my whole life. Having gone diamond digging in the Murfreesboro diamond mine several times in my life ( I lived there 13 years, so every school field trip was there!), I was a little skeptical. If you’re one of those people wondering how crystal digging works, then let me tell you.
First, they bulldoze red clay from around this mine on top of a hill.
Then you dig in the clay.
That’s it.
I have to say, though, I had a ton of fun. Found a backpack full of quartz and got to spend some time with my girl. Also walked around downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas and thoroughly enjoyed my time.
Now on topic, I am going to attempt to make a quartz d20. I will tell you how it goes.
That’s it for now!
Cheers,
The Guy
Quartz D20 of your own making would be special.
